General

By placing an order you indicate that you agree with our Terms and Conditions. Cozy Games Studio reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions in the interim.

Cancellation of your order

Every order can be canceled without payment of a fine and without stating reasons, if not yet sent after you place the order. We request you to create a ticket in your account or via email at hello@cozygames.studio. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, you may consider it as received.

If you have already paid for your canceled order, Cozy Games Studio will refund the paid amount within fourteen (14) days at the latest.

Delivery

Delivery takes place around Q2 2026. Due to the nature of pledging for a crowdfunded product, there can be unexpected delays in mass manufacturing and delivery. We are working with established manufacturers and logistic partners. We ship using the services of GamesQuest.co.uk

Prices

The prices mentioned in the articles are in EURO, Excluding VAT. Shipping costs are (unless otherwise stated) not included in the prices mentioned. Before the conclusion of the agreement the total price including shipping will be reported via our website. All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.

Zet errors

For the consequences of typesetting, typing and / or programming or programming errors on the site or other publicity mailings, e-mailings or on the internet, Cozy Games Studio can not accept any liability.

Shipping costs

A contribution is charged for packaging and shipping costs. As a contribution to the packaging and shipping costs, we ask a fixed amount. Where does Cozy Games Studio deliver

Cozy Games Studio delivers throughout the whole world, except for Russia, Ukraine, Afghanistan, Syria.

Payment

Payment of your order is possible only through all Major Credit/Debit cards, Stripe Link, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Visibility period

Unless stated otherwise, after receipt of the order you have the right to dissolve the purchase agreement by e-mail without giving any reason and to return the order within the same term. Any payments made (excluding administration and shipping costs) will be returned within 14 days. There is no right to refund if the product has been substantially used and / or is damaged or is not returned in its original packaging. After the expiry of the approval period of 14 working days the purchase agreement becomes a fact.

Reservation of ownership

The ownership of the delivered products will only pass if the customer has paid all that the customer owes to Cozy Games Studio on the basis of the agreement (s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.

Liability during shipment

We are not liable for loss and / or damage to the goods during shipment, but we may be happy to offer a replacement. In this case, please send us mail to hello@cozygames.studio. In the unlikely event that a problem occurs, we would like to hear this and will file a complaint with the Courier.

Data management

If you place an order at Cozy Games Studio, your data will be included in the client file of Cozy Games Studio. Cozy Games Studio adheres to the Personal Records Act and will not provide your details to third parties. See our Privacy Policy. Cozy Games Studio respects the privacy of the users of the internet site and ensures confidentiality of your personal data. Cozy Games Studio uses a mailing list, each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.

Guarantee

Cozy Games Studio guarantees that the products delivered by it meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by parties to the purchase agreement and therefore guarantees the factory warranty of the product delivered to you.

Images and specifications

All images, photographs, drawings, data concerning weights, dimensions, colors, images of labels, etc. on the site of Cozy Games Studio are only approximate, are indicative and can not lead to compensation or dissolution of the agreement. It is not allowed to copy images and / or texts from the site of Cozy Games Studio without our permission.

Complaints

It may happen that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from Cozy Games Studio. Please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at hello@cozygames.studio.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, Cozy Games Studio has the right to, at its own option, suspend the execution of the order from a customer, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, such by communicating this to the customer in writing and without that Cozy Games Studio is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances by standards of reasonableness and fairness.

Applicable law and competent court

All rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these Terms and Conditions apply, as well as these Terms and Conditions, are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
